Webplattform für Online Tests (eduTest)

Im Zuge meines Projekts wurde eine Webplattform gefertigt, die eine möglichst einfache Abwicklung von Onlinetests im schulischen Rahmen gewährleistet.

Die Zielgruppe dieser Plattform sind vor allem Lehrer und Schüler mit unterschiedlich ausgeprägten Computerkenntnissen. Daher wurde sehr großer Wert auf Einfachheit und Klarheit gelegt.
Auch das Thema Sicherheit spielte eine bedeutende Rolle. Da dieses Projekt für Tests eingesetzt wird,
muss garantiert sein, dass diese nicht manipuliert werden können!

Um eine klare Struktur dieser Plattform zu schaffen, wurden 4 Usertypen definiert!
A: Administratoren, die die Schulen verwalten
B: Administratoren, die die einzelnen Lehrer und Schüler einer Schule verwalten
C: Lehrer, die das System nutzen
D: Schüler, die das System nutzen

Jeder User soll so wenig wie möglich, aber so viel wie notwendig Einsicht in die vorhanden Daten erhalten.
Nur so ist sichergestellt, dass die Benutzung des Systems komfortabel und zeitsparend ist.
In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, dass komplizierte Systeme weniger genutzt werden als Systeme mit
hohem User-Convenience.
Hauptzielrichtung dieses Systems ist, die Effizienz der Prüfungstätigkeit von Lehrern zu erhöhen:
Die Tests, die mit diesem Tool durchgeführt werden, werden auch vom System korrigiert und evaluiert.
Die Übernahme dieser zeitaufwändigen Arbeiten ist ein klar messbarer Benefit für jeden einzelnen Lehrer, der das System nutzt.

Außerdem verfügt das System über einen Fragepool, in dem jeder Lehrer seine Fragen einspeisen kann. Dadurch entsteht eine breite Sammlung, die wiederum jedem Lehrer in vollem Umfang zur Verfügung steht.
Im Laufe kurzer Zeit entsteht somit ein umfassendes Sammelwerk, das auch die Erstellung von Test zeitlich und auch inhaltlich wesentlich erleichtert!

The intention of my procect was to develope a webbased platform and an application for a simple handling of online examinations in schools.

The users of the application are teacher and students with a broad range of computer knowledge. Therefore usability and simplicity were very important for the whole project. Security was another top priority. Due to the fact, that the application ist used to generate scholarr tests for students, i had to make sure that manipulations are impossible.

I made up 4 types of users to create a clear structure of the platform:
A. Administrators of the whole platform
B. Administrators who manage all teachers and students of a school
C. Teachers,  who use the system
D. Students, who use the system

Each user should get as little data as possible, but also as much as nessessary to ensure a comfortable and high-performance application.
Because we saw from other systems that complicated tools are less used than systems which high usability.

The main objective of this system is to increase the efficiency for testing of teachers. The tests that are executed with the help of this tool will be corrected and graded by the system.

The reduction of the time-consuming work will certainly be the benefit for each teacher, who uses this application.
The system also includes a questions-repository. Every teacher can feed his questions in the platform. And erveryone, who has access, can use the whole repository for his own exams.

With this procedure a collection of questions will be established, which makes the tachers create a test efficiently and on a h high level of content.
